NOTE: Your browser must be Chromium-based in order to use or install this web phone. (e.g. Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge)

Log into your phone portal at https://interactive.tel/portal

Click on the TotalCX Mobile Web link

The web phone will load and can be used within the browser. You may be prompted with a small tutorial and to allow access to your microphone. Please be sure to allow this setting. 

Install The App

The web phone can also be installed onto a PC by using a progressive web app (PWA). Within the address bar, there should be a download option for the softphone:

Once installed, the TotalCX Mobile Web app will be available as an application on your PC. It will be able to run in the background without an open browser.
