Log into the Poly PDMS-SP portal and click on Claim Device.

In the following page you will see options to Claim a single device or Claim multiple devices.

Claiming a Single Device

1. Enter the MAC address of the phone in the MAC field, ensure that "Claim by MAC only" is checked.

2. Select 1001 - IAT as the ZT Profile.

3. Select the correct organization or site within an organization where the phone is located. If an organization is missing you can add the Organization and it hierarchy in the "Manage Organizations" menu option.

4. Click Claim.

Claiming Multiple Devices

1. Click on the Download Device List Template link, this will download a spreadsheet, you must edit the sheet and paste in all the MACs in column A that you wish to claim. Ensure that column B is empty.

2. Click the Choose File button and select the edited spreadsheet. Also, ensure that "Claim by MAC only" is checked.

3. Select 1001 - IAT as the ZT Profile.

4. Select the correct organization or site within an organization where the phone is located. If an organization is missing you can add the Organization and it hierarchy in the "Manage Organizations" menu option.

5. Click Multiple Device Claim.

You can check the status of your claim device by device in the Multiple Device Claim Logs.
