To configure any headset settings, you must first download the Yealink USB Connect software:

Physical Connections
On the bottom of the base unit, the micro-USB port labeled "PC" should run to any open USB port on the PC.
The second micro-USB port goes from the base unit to the back of the desk phone.
Once these cables are connected, the phone and the computer will be able to use the headset for sound output and speech input.
The Yealink USB Connect software will allow you to configure the headset from the PC.
*NOTE* - If you connect the PC port from the base unit to the desk phone directly; the desk phone menu will have a headset configuration utility from the phone's display.
Ringer Configuration
By default some base units have a speaker that will ring when a call is received and the headset will also output a tone when a call is received. You can adjust these settings via the Yealink USB Connect software (base unit must be plugged into the PC):
