Overview

GDMS is the cloud provisioning tool for Grandstream devices. Access to this tool is granted by the support team.

There is an RPS configuration assigned to the organization. Each organization has sites below it. Adding a device to a specific organization will automatically give the device the correct Config Server Path provisioning URL. 

Adding a device

1. Navigate to Device Management > VoIP Device
2. Click Add Device
3. Enter the hardware information
4. Click Save

Importing devices

1. Navigate to Device Management > VoIP Device
2. Click on Import Device
3. Click on the Device Template link

Open the spreadsheet and enter all of the device information that you'd like to import

Back in the GDMS portal click on the center box to upload a file from your computer, you can also drag and drop the file into the box. then click OK.

All devices in the sheet should get imported into the GDMS system and under their respective site.
