Log into the Poly ZTP portal and click on Devices.
In the following page you will click on a button that says Claim Devices.
Next, enter all of the MACs you are trying to claim in the available box Step 1
Select the Interactive.Tel option in the drop-down on Step 2
Then click Claim Devices
Optionally, you can add a Tag to the imported devices, maybe a customer name, site name, or some other indication of where the MACs are located.
Once the operation is complete you will get a status log of the claim on the right:
If this does not complete, or shows any failures, you may need to get Poly support to clear the MACs first before you can claim. To do this you can follow the steps in this article.
