- Check your spam/junk folder(s)
- Have TotalCX Phone Support verify the FROM address is correctly set in the domain
- Verify that the emails are making it through the email filtering in your email service, i.e. check the email server logging.
- If you use Microsoft 365 email service, navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine and check to see if the emails are being held up. You can release them to the users here and petition to Microsoft to allow emails from TotalCX.
