Prerequisites
Multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA) is available on the VoIP Platform. The option is not available by default, you will need to submit a ticket to the TotalCX support team if you need this feature.
You will also need to download any Time Based One Time Password (TOTP) authenticator; for example, Authy, Google Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, etc.

Set Up
To set this up, first you need to log into the portal and navigate to your Profile.
Within your profile you'll see an option to "Set Up Google" in the Multi-Factor Authentication field.
By clicking on "Set Up Google" you'll be presented with a QR code.
- Open the Google Authenticator app and tap on Add a code, then select Scan a QR code
- Scan the QR code from your profile page
- The app will present to you a passcode to enter in the Passcode field
- Enter your current password
- Click Save
Logging In
The next time you log into the portal you will be presented with the MFA window requesting a Security code, open your Authenticator app and enter the code you see for your user extension, then click Submit.
