Welcome emails are used to give users access to the phone system portal as well as the mobile app. 

Welcome emails can be sent to individual users or to users en masse. 

Sending welcome emails from the phone portal requires administrative access to the phone system.

Users also have the ability to reset/send themselves a new welcome email via a password reset on the portal login page. 

Sending to an Individual User

1. Click on Users
2. Search for the user
3. Click on Edit > Advanced

You'll will be taken straight to the Advanced tab of the user where you can verify their email is correct, then click on the Send Welcome Email button to send them the email.

Sending Welcome Emails En Masse

1. Click on Users
2. Select all the users you wish to send the emails to
3. Click on Bulk Action

1. Select Send Welcome Email radial button
2. Click Complete Action
